Hi I’m Ivona.
I come from the Split / Mediterranean, where emotion is part of everyday life.
Istarted taking photos as a teenager, mostly of my friends. We were growing up, changing, falling in and out of love. I just wanted to remember how it all felt.
Somewhere along the way, photography became my language.
Today, I approach weddings the same way. I observe. I listen. I stay present. I don’t direct emotions I document them.
Music, art and traveling constantly remind me why I do this. Light, rhythm, atmosphere they all matter.
If you’re looking for something honest and a little imperfect, we will probably understand each other.
I could keep talking about what photography means to me —
but I think it’s more beautiful when couples tell their own version of the story.

When we looked through your Instagram ages ago I remember feeling a little intimidated, all the couples looked so stunning and perfect yet spontaneous.
